Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@modearo.com and include your full name and order number.

1) Cancellation Window

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, cancellations are only possible before an order is processed or shipped.

If your order has not been processed/shipped: we will do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped: we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy once delivery is completed.

2) How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, email info@modearo.com with:

Your full name

Order number

The item(s) you want to cancel (if applicable)

Tip: Please check your spam/junk folder so you don’t miss our response.

3) Changes to an Order

If you need to update your shipping address, size, or color, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.

4) Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is successfully completed:

You will receive a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

5) Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We cannot cancel:

Orders that have already been shipped

Orders that are already in the final stages of processing/packing

Orders with incorrect or incomplete information that prevent verification (we may request additional details)

If an order cannot be canceled, you may still be eligible to return it after delivery according to our Return & Exchange Policy (eligible items only).
