Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates start after your order ships.
U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
U.S. Expedited: 2–3 business days
International Standard (Canada/Australia/Europe): 7–12 business days
International Expedited: 5–8 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free standard U.S. shipping on orders $100+ (before tax, after discounts).
How do I track my order?
After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track via the carrier website or use our Order Tracking page with your tracking number.
Will I have to pay customs / duties / import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees—these are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
What if my package is delayed, marked delivered, or lost?
Carrier delays can happen due to weather/transportation/customs. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please check nearby/with neighbors and contact the carrier first. If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping if paid).
What condition must returns be in?
Items must be unworn (try-on is OK), unwashed, new with tags, and free of stains/odors/pet hair or other signs of wear.
What items are final sale / not returnable?
Items marked FINAL SALE/Clearance, undergarments/intimates, and free gifts/promotional items (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are supported when inventory is available. Email info@modearo.com with your order number and requested item/size. Exchange shipping costs may apply, and details will be confirmed by email before processing.
Do you charge restocking fees? Who pays return shipping?
We do not charge restocking/processing fees. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/defective/incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection/processing. Banks/payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email info@modearo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (and the shipping label if possible). If approved, we may provide a prepaid label and/or a replacement depending on the situation and stock availability.
International returns: do I get customs/duties refunded?
Customs duties/import taxes/clearance fees are non-refundable and remain the recipient’s responsibility. International customers are responsible for return shipping and proper customs declarations.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible before an order is processed or shipped. If it has already shipped, it can’t be canceled—please refer to the Return & Exchange Policy after delivery.
How do I request a cancellation?
Email info@modearo.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you want to cancel.
Can I change my address/size/color after ordering?
Contact us ASAP—we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing has started.
How fast are refunds for canceled orders?
If the cancellation is successful, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days (your bank may take longer to post).
How are payments processed? Do you store card details?
We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to process payments. We do not store your full card number.
